SALTO is a charity. We rely on the Good will and enthusiasm of our coaches and our management Committee and our parents and members to keep the gym operational.

In order to show that our efforts to raise funds does actually benefit your child, the trustees have agreed that ALL funds raised from specific fundraising events will go into a fund set aside for the purchase of new equipment.

It is always encouraging to see that our hard efforts produce something that is tangible and worthwhile.

In addition to specific fundraising events the Coffee bar is also used as a fundraising tool. You can help by donating some time to help staff the coffee bar. It has been proven that Coffee bar sales increase when the coffee bar is staffed. Again we rely soley on the good will of our Parents. If you are willing to help in the coffee bar then please enquire at reception.

Because of our facility, we are the only club in the County to host County and Regional Competitions. The advantages of this are huge, not only to the Gymnasts, but to the club in terms of opportunity to raise additional revenue. As with most good things it comes with a price. The effort involved to prepare the gym for these events is considerable. If plenty of Volunteers turn up to help it can be done relatively quickly. Again you will be helping with our fund raising efforts without having to dig deep.

We will keep you informed about all Fundraising events and would encourage everyone associated with the club to participate with good will and enthusiasm.
