Trampoline

Trampolining is a competitive Olympic sport in which gymnasts perform acrobatics while bouncing on a trampoline. These can include simple jumps in the pike, tuck or straddle position to more complex combinations of forward or backward somersaults and twists.

Classes are run on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights,

  • Trampoline classes include a pulse raiser on the double mini trampoline and a general body warm up.
  • Basic trampoline jumps then various trampoline skills are taught during a session.
  • Trampolinists also work towards badges and will recieve a badge and certificate on completion
  • Sessions last for 1hr and are lead by fully qualified coaches
